INITIAL MEETING
Initial meeting to understand clients concept for work.we share our ideas.from concept from clients end we start workin on project.and we will start to gather key information such as site survey or previous plan.
MAKE PROPOSAL AND CONCEPT DESIGN OPTION FOR PROJECT
From client's prespective and our ideas we make proposal options for project for next meeting.When the project's parameters are established, we will begin developing concepts. These will be inuenced by project scope, budget and your individual requirements.
DEVELOPING DESIGN
Concept design is essentially a range of solutions to the brief. We developed through drawings, floor plan and perspective sketches and computer renderings.
SUBMITTING DETAILED DESIGN AND COST BREAK DOWN
Once resource consent is approved, your project will progress to the detailed design phase. This means we will advance your design to the level of detail that allows a construction contractor to assess the full scope of the project. This will include construction details, materials, components, systems and nishes
